St. Thomas

In May, Kevin performed at the highest level for his company and was awarded an all expense paid trip to St. Thomas for 2. We had to bring little Hooper along, since he is still nursing. We had an amazing time sitting in the lap of luxury! We flew into St. Thomas and spent 5 days at the Ritz Carlton. We rented a jeep for the week and enjoyed exploring the island. Home Depot treated us to several excursions as well as all our meals! The first day, we arrived and got settled in. The place was absolutely breathtaking! Home Depot provided a dinner the first night along with a cocktail party and free Maui Jim sunglasses for everyone!

The next day, we had an early start. Home Depot paid for an excursion over to St. John for the day. We visited Trunk Bay, which was beautiful and shopped in the junction. We had smoothies and enjoyed a local park while waiting for the boat ride back to St. Thomas and our hotel.

The view from our balcony!

I enjoyed the espresso machine in our room every morning.

The next day, Home Depot paid for an entire day to Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. We sailed over to the island on the beautiful catamaran the Lady Lynsey. We first stopped for lunch at Foxy's. We had an amazing all you can eat feast of local island fare. It was amazing! After lunch we sailed over to the other side of the island for an amazing beach day and local drinks (Pain Killers ) from the Soggy Dollar bar.

Beautiful Islands!

Hooper passed out on the boat!

Bath time!
The next day we spent the day exploring St. Thomas. We visited the downtown area of Charlotte Amalie for shopping and we also visited Coral World which was a cool underwater animal sanctuary. Kevin even managed to find the Home Depot and check it out.

The sea lions was my FAVORITE! He was sooo smart!

Hooper loved the infinity pool. The views were amazing!

The last night we had a lovely dinner of room service on our patio and finished the evening with a farewell cocktail party by Home Depot. We enjoyed the amazing sunset on the beach at the party!

Hooper was NOT ready to go home!

I am so blessed to have such a hard working husband who spoils me all the time! And very blessed by the company he works for, Home Depot, who treats their employees like Kings and Queens. So thank you to my man and thank you to Home Depot for an amazing trip!
