Quick and Easy Pan Seared Chicken



Pan Seared Chicken:
Ease ***** Taste: *****

10 Chicken Tenders
1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Poultry season
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper




Add oil, chicken and season.


Cut up chicken into small pieces and cook on high.



Continue cooking on high, stirring and flipping often until the meat is brown! Approx 8-10 mins. 
I am always looking for healthy ways to cook and this is a great recipe! Very flavorful, and can be served with a multitude of side dishes!
