Roasted Garlic Butter Asparagus and Mushrooms

This is very easy! Almost too easy. And it's delicious! All you need is a bundle of fresh asparagus and a small container of your favorite variety of mushrooms. Spray your baking pan with olive oil, and place asparagus and mushrooms in pan. Toss in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons butter, 2-3 minced garlic cloves . Bake for 20 mins (or until tender as you would like) at 450 degrees.



Place veggies in dish.


Add butter, minced garlic, season and oil and toss with hands to coat.


Cook for 20 mins at 450 degrees. Enjoy!
